Standard delivery time is 1-3 working days, unless otherwise specified for the specific product.
We deliver goods to homes or to delivery points throughout Latvia. More detailed information about the cost of delivery of goods and delivery locations is provided below.

Minimum purchase amount
If the amount of the shopping cart without the delivery fee is less than € 9.95, an administration fee of € 1.99 will be applied to cover the costs of product preparation and warehouse process maintenance.
Issuance of goods at the customer service center
The delivery service is available in the customer service center free. HERE working hours and coordinates can be found.
If you have chosen to receive the product(s) at the service center, the product(s) will be delivered there within 1-3 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the selected item(s). We will notify you about this by e-mail or SMS. We look forward to receiving your order within 3 (three) calendar days. After these deadlines, the order will be canceled and the ordered goods will be sent back to the warehouse.
To receive the order, you must have an identity document and the order number with you. If your order will be received by another person, when completing the order, indicate them as the recipient. And if the buyer is a legal entity, a power of attorney must be present.
Delivery of goods to delivery points
If you have chosen delivery of the goods to the delivery point Omniva, DPD or Itella, they will be delivered within 1-3 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the selected item(s).
Important!
Order delivery to Omniva Parcel is only possible if if the goods do not exceed the specified shipment dimensions (39 x 38 x 64) and weight (up to 30 kg).
Order delivery to DPD the package can be ordered, if the goods do not exceed the specified shipment dimensions (61 x 44 x 37 cm) and weight (up to 30 kg).
Order delivery to Itella Parcel is only possible if if the goods do not exceed the specified shipment dimensions (34 x 36 x 42) and weight (up to 30 kg).
Service fee for delivery to Omniva – 2,09 €.
Service fee for delivery to DPD – 1,69 €.
Service fee for delivery to Itella – 1,99 €.
*Itella parcel boxes are placed in shopping center premises.
Home delivery of goods
If you have chosen home delivery, we will deliver your order within 1-3 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the selected item(s). Couriers deliver orders along a pre-planned route, so it is not possible to choose an exact delivery time. You can choose only the desired delivery time interval.
Important! Some products have a non-standard delivery time. The exact delivery time is indicated on the website.
Delivery of goods in Riga and Riga districts is ensured on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. In other cities - from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you have ordered several items, they may be delivered in separate shipments, as they will be brought from different warehouses. Additional charge for this is not charged.
Costs for home delivery
We deliver goods to the specified address if the order amount exceeds 9.95 EUR.

Pick-up / drop-off service
1. If the total weight of the shipment is up to 30 kg, the courier will unload it and bring it to the first safe place in the room (through the door of the apartment, house or garage, but will not carry the parcel through the rooms or yard). In that case, it is not necessary to order additional loading services.
Important! If the ordered product is bulky, as well as if the goods are placed on a pallet, despite their weight up to 30 kg, the goods will not be taken away
2. The service can be applied for shipments from 31.5 kg to 300 kg and one package should not exceed 80 kg.
3. If even one of the packages of the shipment weighs more than 30 kg (e.g. large household appliances, furniture, etc.), the courier will only help you unload this package from the car, but will not help you take it to the desired place.
4. In case the weight of the shipment is from 31.5 kg to 80 kg, we recommend ordering the unloading service for 23.99 EUR. The unloading service is performed by two courier loaders.
Stacking service is not provided if the total weight of the order exceeds 300 kg.

Door-to-door courier delivery is provided in Riga, Liepaja, Ventspils, Valmiera, Gulbene, Rēzekne, Jēkabpils and Daugavpils. Delivery and unloading of such shipments is carried out only by means of freight transport to the address indicated by you. You must guarantee the conditions for the truck to reach the desired unloading place, otherwise the cargo will not be delivered. Delivery of goods in Riga and Riga districts is provided on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. In other cities - from 8:00 to 18:00. When ordering this service, it is not possible to choose the desired delivery time interval.
Promotion "Free delivery"
The "Free Shipping" promotion may be granted in certain cases provided by the Seller. In addition, the announcement of the "Free Shipping" campaign provides the relevant conditions for this promotion.
You can use free delivery only during the specified promotional time period, which is specified in the notification about the progress of the promotion.
